I first garnered a passion for French cooking when I lived in France for a year. Living there I became accustomed to the unique French cuisine from Marie-Lou and all the delights it had to offer. From here I began cooking French Food exclusively even after I had returned home, which led to the ambition to create a platform to have all these recipes in one place!
